Warranty

The warranty depends a lot on following the steps to make the prostheses.

The use of custom trays, a bite block, the try-in, and the appropriate design in each clinical case.

If there is any problem, we are willing to help find a solution. We want to collaborate on the growth of your projects. The work will have a 5-month warranty for manufacturing defects, for this reason, you must review it on delivery or try in.

For reasons of time or finances some steps may be omitted, but we would not offer the warranty or a readjustment without the corresponding fee. We are able to offer the corresponding participation in the design and use of material for more benefits, free of charge.

 

Visits

There are times when the patient and doctor are best served by a technician assisting chairside or the patient coming to the lab. In these situations, a $80.00-100.00per hour charge will be added to the total bill.

 

Payment

50% of the initial total is required in advance unless other arrangements have already been agreed upon.
